Central Kansas Amateur Radio Club, Inc. ("CKARC") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit amateur radio club in Salina, Kansas. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect. When you join the club, sign up for text alerts, or contact us, we may collect your name, amateur radio callsign, mobile number, email address and mailing address. Callsign and license details are also publicly available from the FCC.

How we use it. We use your information only to run the club: to keep membership records, send club messages, and contact you about club activities. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Text messaging. When you sign up for CKARC text alerts, we collect your mobile number and, if you choose to provide them, your name, callsign and email address. We use this information only to send you club messages and to maintain our club records.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third party. Our text messaging provider processes your number only to deliver our messages.
